In the end of October 2021, we held a five-day-long snack-making workshop for 15 women. It is one of our practical workshop project with Australian Volunteers through Impact Project Fund. There were four snacks involved in the workshop: doughnuts, cakes, eggplant crackers, and Dried sambal (Chili sauce). We chose a menu that was easy to make and easy to sell. In these five days workshop, participants learn and practice to cook the menu chosen supervised and assisted by the expert. At the last day of the workshop, all participants received cooking equipment, so they can also practice the skills they got at home. The goal of the workshop was to provide women with recipes they could make for their own consumption or, even better, for selling.
